We love the environment, so all of our items are packaged in Earth Friendly Jewelry boxes made with recycled products. We also try to re-use shipping boxes. Most orders are shipped the very same day of your order but they may also be shipped within 3-5 business days unless specified on the item page. If you need the item sooner, we can usually accommodate your request, but please email us to make sure. We will also be happy to gift wrap at no additional charge. Orders are shipped out INSURED via the Priority USPS (with Tracking and Delivery Confirmation)at the following flat rates for the Total Combined Order.

Unconditional Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase and because of this we offer a 14 day unconditional return policy. You may exchange or return merchandise by mail within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the item, you will be refunded- minus the shipping and handling charges. When returning an item all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and delivery confirmation or tracking is required. Please package all jewelry items in their original box so they are not damaged during shipping.
If your item is defective, you must notify us within two days of receiving the product to be eligible for a 100% return.
